2000 Northeast Ohio Homes Open for Sunday Event
According to The Cincinnati Enquirer, more than 2000 homes listed in Butler, Clermont, Hamilton and Warren counties will be open for four hours Sunday afternoon.
The six months from April to September traditionally mark the height of the home-selling season in Northeast Ohio. To celebrate that, and to prevent another drop in home sales like the 11% reduction we saw last year, Realtors are banding together to hold over 2000 open-houses from 1:00PM to 5:00PM, this Sunday, May 4, 2008.

The market may be dufficult for most sellers right now, but we are reminded that we can counter this by working with sellers, as the market does favor them. A buyer who is more comfortable with you and your home will be more likely to make an offer closer to your asking price. You can encourage this comfort with a warm smile and a beautifully staged home!
